This Demonstration Of Craze..... Second Base Jare........ Just who is afraid of the Military? Who is scared shit of the word: COUP? Who has skeletons in their cupboards? And foreign bank accounts to hide? Who is afraid of losing a lifestyle of stupendous splendor? Dubai today. America tomorrow. Not me. Who is petrified of happenings on JAIYEOLA STREET and wants to shut us down for the audacity of praying for a COUP in Nigeria! Our fondness for saying the TRUTH. Now we are undemocratic people. Sacrilegious nincompoops. The madness of inviting the Nigerian Military boys to put on their jackboots. Tear down Barrack walls from Kaduna to Kastina-ala and take over the Nigerian Government in a bloody COUP!!!. Finally, I have gotten myself into trouble so deep. PDP wants my head. APC ( whatever that means or stands for ) wants my neck. For the first time they are united on one accord: JAIYEOLA STREET must be shut down. Facebook should find a way to censor COMMONSENSE! But the truth of the matter is this: I did bring that word COUP into the Nigerian Political argument. The Politicians themselves did. Hear this: Ojudu Babafemi, a Nigerian Senator, said in an interview, that the problem with Nigeria is so "bad that it will take 101 Ojodus to solve it." Read in between the line. This gentleman is calling for a COUP! Nigeria pays Ojodu $1.2 million per year to take a siesta in the Senate. More money than Barrack Obama gets paid as the President of America. While Obama believes and works hard to make America better. Ojodu, has given up hope and daydreams about his motherland. Yet, he continues to get paid and his constituency, Ekiti Central of Ekiti State, has not asked for his resignation. Another politician, the Chairman of Ejigbo Local Government in Lagos State. Chief Kehinde Bamigbetan (AKA the Chair ) came on JAIYEOLA STREET and defended the reason why his children would not be caught dead in public schools under his Local Government. This is what he wrote: "No.... My kids do not attend public schools....raising the quality of public primary schools has been a challenge." While Bamigbetan claims he uses public toilets (lol), public schools under his leadership are worse than public toilet. His words not mine. He still has a job. In a society where COMMONSENSE is dissipating. Only in Nigeria, is where leaders think Governance should be an OWAMBE party while they make the wrath of God money. To whom much is giving, little or nothing is expected. THIS IS NIGERIA. Now this: Is it not shameful that 36 Governors who claimed to be doyen of democracy and parade themselves as leaders of the people. Our hopes for a better tomorrow could not peacefully conduct a simple electoral exercise. Electing a leader among themselves. Something as simple as a primary school classroom, electing a class captain. The world saw the mess, the Nigerian Governors Forum turned into. With Governor Rotimi Amaechi and Air Commodore Jonah Jang claiming victories. The election with 36 people locked in a room, was "RIGGED". Now Goodluck Ebere Jonathan and his Government are willing to spend #7 billion to support the "Jang gang" against "badboy" Ameachi. Jang, a 70 year old Governor, who during his tenure has done absolutely nothing for the people of Plateau State ( Ala Plateau State Hates Jonah Jang Facebook page). #7 billion to waste, in a country where States cannot pay workers the #18,000 national minimum wage. And can't pay the 27.5% pay rise for teachers, that compelled the National Union Of Teachers (NUT) to declare teacher's strike in 18 States. In a country exacerbated by pervasive corruption and serious security challenges, GEJ's paramount concern now is 'ROTIMI AMEACHI !!'. At this juncture, I ask you dear friends: can any good thing come out of Nazareth? 14 years into democracy and we still have this mess. I say, to your tents oh Israel. Let there be a COUP! Walahi Talahi!!!! Ladies and gentlemen, comrades at arms. Radical change is needed in order for us to have progress in Nigeria.WE THE PEOPLE are at a tremendous disadvantage. Because of too much money in the hands of the infinitesimal few, democracy cannot cure democracy. An alternative form of Government (Like the Military) is needed as a disinfectant and cure to this DEMONSTRATION OF CRAZE. To those that say the analogy of a COUP at this time does not hold water; what have we gained from this democracy in 14 years? Apart from naive and ignorant leaders with low moral quality who are ethically and mentally challenged. Achievements like cell phones and ????? are more cosmetic than anything. Boko Haram insurgency has led to thousands of deaths in the North Central and North West. Kidnapping is now a booming business in the South East and South South. Oil theft continues unperturbed in GEJ's Balyesa State and Delta State. What Nigeria lacks and we are in dire need of, is a FEW GOOD MEN. Men and women who will take serving the people as more than a SENSE OF DUTY. Not the Ojodus, Bamigbetans, Asiwaju Bola Tinubus, Muhamadu Buharis, Dele Momodus and certainly not GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN. We need MEN. Men that will see Nigeria as a melting pot;not in the sense that people will disappear. But as a melting pot; in the sense that people will come together. Yoruba,Hausa, Igbo, Ijaw, Uhrobo, Fulani, Tiv, Idoma to name but a few. Equality for all, rich or poor. Nigeria is blessed with enough for all of our need. But not enough for all of our greed. ONE NATION. ONE GOD. ONE DESTINY. This should be attainable by all or NIGERIA as we know it, will not survive. God bless you all. God bless Nigeria! This is for Theo Lawson. One day go be one day. Can't wait sir. Congratulations to Tunji Bakare emi alo. A fi seun rere ooo. My dear cousin Dr. Wahab Adelani, congratulations too. Faeq Wahab, shall be the head among his peers. Proud of you sir. Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery; none but ourselves can free our minds.- Bob Marley.
