PRESIDENT GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN .....TILL DEATH DO US APART...

PRESIDENT GOODLUCK EBELE JONATHAN...TILL DEATH DO US APART..... Let's get one thing straight. President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, did not start the fire. Everyone knows that Nigeria face enormous challenges. Realistically, we do not expect this simple man to solve our smorgasbord of problems. It is beyond his power and intelligence. Indeed, anybody "born of a woman" for that matter. But paying President Bill Clinton $700,000 for a speaking engagement is unearthly. And paying $40 million annually to former Niger Delta warlords as protection fee for oil pipelines; clearly, shows a Government consumed by wrong arguments about the wrong crisis in Nigeria. Under this regime, there is a grandeur in the blatancy and pervasiveness of corruption at every level in the country. What we have now is institutionalized kleptocracy. For a man that once had a aura, GEJ,now emits an odor that permeates the entire country. To say that he wants a second term in office, to add insult to our injury, is cause for bitter laughter. The GEJ administration has been a delirium of quantification from the start. The oxygen of a good country is good leadership. Nigeria is a country saturated with pervasive corruption. Since his election, Goodluck has done nothing to ease our pain. Nigerians today live in permanent state of crisis. With constant drumbeats of bombings, kidnappings, high sea piracy, broken infrastructure and above all, a dysfunctional Government. A country where more than fifty percent of the working population is unemployed. The President has it has turned out, has been a polarizer more than a unifier - in- Chief. Leadership is about priority and integrity. The rest is simple. President GEJ,justifies his allergy to commonsense by his deafening silence to issues that are paramount to the country. Perhaps, the President's striking lack of programmatic specificity is due to the the bewilderment he shares with many of the rest of us. Politically as well as philosophically, his style of leadership elude easy labeling. He avoids questions from the media, avoids eye contact, instead allowing his goons DAME Jonathan, Reuben Abati and the fat moron, Doyin Okupe to speak for him. In actual fact, what we see on the ground is gridlock and successful stalemate of progress in Nigeria. A consistent theme of the GEJ years. Most intelligent people recognize that the biggest problem with our political system is that our politicians lack priorities. Ditto for us, WE THE PEOPLE. Sad is the power and influence we have allowed MONEY to assume in our lives. It is the the compelling evil of present day NIGERIA. Goodluck Jonathan, understands this. Come 2015, the gods who govern politics in Nigeria will once again place on his head the "fruitless crown". He will win and once again Nigeria will lose. A victory that has the potential to be a watershed for the country. A nation of smart people run by idiots. The trillion naira question is: will the APC ( marriage of convenience) Party be a game changer? The two cents answer is : NO. The performance of the Party in Anambra State, is enough to melt all soared hopes. For me personally, the yawn of the Party and this democracy is beginning to set in. And I know many will hate me for saying this : in GEJ and his fig leaf administration we should trust. So help us God. SOLILOQUY..... The ASUU strike is a crisis for Nigeria. Like it or not, the strike will profoundly and permanently damage these children. We will be hearing more of it in years to come. What profiteth a nation to have all the money in the world but have no future? A good education is our future. Education boost productivity and enlarges opportunities. Our future as a country is in peril. It is worse when it comes to the simplistic spin : we as a people do not care. It is mind boggling that Universities will be shut down in a civilized(sic) country like Nigeria for like....... FOREVER. The tragedy is overshadowed by the soap opera ODUAHGATE. Really? There is no reason to add education to the buffet table of our insurmountable problems. We need to stop the slaughter of the innocents. END THE STRIKE NOW. For God's sake, PLEASE SAVE THE CHILDREN.
