APC UNPLUGGED ..............THE FALL AND FALL OF ASIWAJU BOLA TINUBU.

The Iya Ilu is broken. The stick to play the talking drum is missing. Of what use is a drum that cannot speak? It is the deepest despair when there is cause for celebration and there is no music. It is the numbers stupid! They are the numbers that should tear to pieces the fantasies APC and Asiwaju Bola Tinubu have woven. The more clear sighted, look at these numbers with emphasis on the words " Asiwaju Of Yoruba land." In two recent elections, in the core South-West. APC has had 515,117 votes, to PDP's 495,837 votes. Numbers never lie. The Alayeluwa Ikubabayeye of Yoruba people, could only defeat PDP; a carcass of a party, with no great presence in the South-West, by less than 20,000 votes. Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, was expected to win in Osun State. He had deft grass root support and his performance in the last four years was modest. Besides, after the loss in Ekiti, APC threw all it had, into an area that hitherto, was firmly within their grasp. Led by a lame duck President of a fig leaf administration, PDP got numbers that have them wriggling their fingers in euphoria. The "free and fair" election held so far, has turned into a referendum on Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, from his own people. Politics, ladies and gentlemen is more art than engineering. A "free and fair" election that cannot be engineered is krytonite to APC. The wind has blown and we have seen the rump of the hen. The unequivocal condemnation of the Asiwaju Dynasty will continue in Oyo State. It will happen in Ogun State and if the candidate is not right in Lagos State, "a free and fair" election result, will surprise us all. A Yoruba adage goes thus: the hunting dog that is destined to get lost in the forest, will go tone deaf to the whistle of the hunter. APC's schizophrenia will only result in the fall and fall of ASIWAJU BOLA TINUBU. This apocalyptic theater of the absurd gets more interesting, when we take a close look at the pariahs that Goodluck Jonathan, used against the leader of the Yoruba people. We do not need to pontificate what kind of a man Kayode Fayemi is,he is a crook. A disgraced former governor, who still has a case to answer with the EFCC. Hear Governor Raji Fashola of Lagos State: "the election of Fayose, who is currently standing trial for corruption and murder in different courts in Ekiti state would send a very dangerous message about the country to the international community." Introducing Iyiola Omisore. The events of December 23, 2001 will not be forgotten in a hurry. On that day Chief Bola Ige, the Attorney General of Federation was murdered in Ibadan at peace time in Nigeria. Before the tragedy something unusual in Yorubaland took place in the Palace of Ooni of Ife, where Chief Bola Ige was physically assaulted and his cap removed by thugs put together by Omisore. After that ugly incident, Mr Omisore granted an interview to the defunct Tempo Magazine where he almost ate Chief Bola Ige alive. In that interview, Omisore, prepared and moistened the ground for Chief Bola Ige’s death. The rest is now history. The witch howled last night and the child was found dead this morning. Omisore, got away with murder! These ignominious characters and a good for nothing "kobokobo" President, are the ones giving Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and his APC a run for their money in what should be their stronghold. PDP, under the management of GEJ is looking good in Yoruba land. Admittedly,PDP is wrong for the country. A second term for this President, would be straightforward idiotic because of broader socioeconomic concerns. A party of moochers and layabouts, PDP is not designed for the challenges of the 21st century. It has taken baby steps in dealing with the enormous problems confronting the country. 9 out 10 Nigerians think the country is going in the wrong direction. A country that was a beacon to African cannot afford to give its people electricity. THE GIRLS ARE STILL MISSING!!! But despite everything running against the party, it still has the political muscle to put up huge numbers in "free and fair" elections held in the South-West. The "dead" party has become forceful and ambitious. They have a clear plan that is giving them the numbers that they need...... come 2015. A strategic "free and fair" election has turned GEJ, into a genius. All thanks to APC. The party with no message and one that has not positioned itself as a PARTY WITH THE FRESH ALTERNATIVE. So the word to the wise to APC, is not to beware of the Ides of March. The Ides of March is here! The exasperation in the South-West will only get worse as the ill wind that will blow the party no good, come general elections. So a devotional anticipation of 2015 is in order. PDP will use the results in Osun State and Ekiti State to advertise its boldness. To the President, words aren't forms of action; only acting is a form of action. The unofficial motto of the 2015 election will be "free and fair", a gambit that will guarantee GEJ, FOUR MORE YEARS. History has a way of surprising us. As you can read in between the lines, I am no Utopian. I am not a politician. I am just a Nigerian, fortified by knowledge of relevant facts and figures. So those transparently eager to commence the coronation of Bola Tinubu, as the next President of Nigeria, should look as these numbers. It is a rejection of the party and its collectivist thinking. "Free and fair" election is a political problem for APC. Democracy and the democratic process, does not rank high on the list of priorities for the party. Tinubu's reputation as an astute politician is evaporating. A man that cannot get us out of Olumo Rock will not lead us to Aso Rock. This one for you Wale Mogaji. Eyin Alhaja yio da. Eledumare a te won si afefe rere. To Robin Williams, Heaven needed a great comedian. Good night Mrs Doubtfire. Our people have made the mistake of confusing the methods with the objectives. As long as we agree on objectives, we should never fall out with each other just because we believe in different methods, or tactics, or strategy. We have to keep in mind at all times that we are not fighting for separation. We are fighting for recognition as free humans in this society." Malcolm X. — with Bayo Oyekan and 19 others.
