LETTER TO PRESIDENT BARRACK OBAMA...............ASO ROCK. NEXT TIME!!!

Posted: Updated:

The greatest achievement of the Presidency of Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is bringing to Nigeria, United States Military Intelligence. They are in town to help solve the Chibok unfortunate drama. Gbosa!!! For our great President. Gbosa!!! For the First Lady, whose hysterical wailing caught the attention of the world. A very riveting display of monumental shame. Never knew the rich also cry. Under the astute leadership of GEJ. our dirty laundry is now the topic of discussion around water coolers. Finally, thanks to Barrack Obama, HOPE is here. Now there is an international effort on the ground, to help us put an end to the menace of the Islamist extremists called Boko Haram. America, with her history of aggravating and perpetuating conflicts like this, is joined by British Security forces. "The end of the nonsensical piece of nonsense is in sight." Hallelujah. But mind you, like Afghanistan and Iraq, foreign terrorists are eager to engage foreign forces, making our beloved country just another battle ground. The end that we "HOPE" for, may be the beginning that may trigger a wave of terrorism never seen before. This is a watershed moment in the history of our country. The Goodluck Jonathan regime, have us where they want us : on the precipice of disintegration. One final Gbosa!!! For a regime, whose trade mark has become SORROW, TEARS AND BLOOD. It has now interestingly flaunt its unlikely existence for the world to see. When I came on Facebook and went out on a limb: called for a Nigerian Military intervention, ala a COUP. Many called for my head. Some wanted JAIYEOLA STREET shut down! The book thrown at yours truly; for treason. It is not over until the fat lady sings. Or in our unique case, THE FAT LADY WEPT. By inviting foreign forces to help in a simple domestic problem. Our Government has finally, and thank God, thrown in the towel. What is worth doing at all is worth doing well. You see Mr. Obama, the Chibok girls and Boko Haram, bad as they may look, are infinitesimal when we talk of Nigeria and its myriad of problems. We talking problems that will make you scratch your head. The taproot is a Government that has become too big, too distance and too focused on narcissism and nonsense. Never has there being an ambivalence towards Nigeria, like we have now. A country that should have outgrown the need for it to be handcuffed to foreign forces to help solve a domestic problem. Our country is politically weak. Under a leadership that has so far shown a miniature intellectual renaissance. It has become too constraint, not a means of salvation. Nigeria sir, is on the verge of collapse, under the weight of its own contradictions and success. With politicians that feed on ignorance and cynicism. Preying on fear and a people with a chronic case of Amnesia. We have failed to bring our democracy into the 21th century. So we need you to spread HOPE from Olumo Rock to Aso Rock. Much as I am flattered by attention on Nigeria because of the Chibok incident, I am not fooled by it. Like everybody, I want the girls returned to their families. Like yesterday. But Michelle Obama, with the picture on Twitter and the headlines we are getting all over the world, does not mean the end is near as regards our problems. Where was the attention when Boko Haram was killing over 4,000 victims and counting? Remember the Nyanya bomb blasts. Part one and two. Over one hundred people lost their lives. Where was Barrack Obama? Nigeria, was declared a terrorist nation. A no-go country. A country where President Obama, refused to visit. The Chibok story is fascinating to the West, because it makes for good TV ratings. Lights. Camera. Action. A stereotypical view of a barbarous people. A dark age Pied the Piper story of over two hundred girls, being led into the BUSH. Good Reality television. We have nobody but ourselves to blame for this predicament. For the joke we have turned out to be. A country of first class intellectuals, led by a President, who is not smarter than a fifth grader. A First Lady with the syntax in English language comparable to a kindergarten Chibok girl. Her pathetic soliloquy seen all over the world, should make us (not her) cry. With this regime, everything solid is melting into air. And what is felt to be evaporating, is our national identity as a self respecting nation - family and faith, sovereignty and sanity- much more our security. What I find most disturbing, is the way we underestimate the calamity of this regime and overestimate the help foreign forces can do for our national security and politics. Arise o' compatriots. Nigeria call obey. Or else, the labor of our heroes past will be in vain. We need to serve her with heart and might. We have tried this democracy and it is not working. It is time we try something else. It is not realistic to expect to make changes by flipping a switch. But it is critically important to make a change in the right direction. Only us, not Barrack Obama, can bring HOPE and make Nigeria better. To attain great lofty heights. Our motherland is broken. Shedding River Niger like tears, is not the answer. We have to abjure our love for western culture and ostentatious orientation, embrace moral senescence in order to fix her. So help us God. From JAIYEOLA STREET. Lets hear it for the Chibok girls, until they come home to the warm embrace of their parents. There are three kinds of intelligence: one kind understands things for itself, the other appreciates what others can understand, the third understands neither for itself nor through others. This first kind is excellent, the second good, and the third kind useless. Niccolo Machiavelli
